Hello! I'm Erick (he/him), the owner of Colette Cleaning. I started Colette Cleaning in April of 2021 with a goal of servicing homes all over the Raleigh-Durham area. I also wanted queer households to know that the person coming into their sanctuary is safe and treats every client`s home with the upmost respect and love.

A little about me:

I`m 29 years old, I was born and raised in Carmel, Indiana but moved to Durham in 2020. I have been in love with it ever since and take pride in calling Durham my home. I have had many different jobs over the years including Starbucks barista and veterinary technician but cleaning, in all different settings, has been my go-to for several years now. I live in Durham with my dog Sam. I love binging tv shows, going out for some Starbucks or boba tea, hiking in state parks, and going to the movies.

General/Recurring Clean

General or recurring clean task list:
Kitchen
-Counter/surfaces wiped and dusted
-Tidy
-Any dishes that may be in the sink
-Stove and outside of oven
-Vent hood wipe down
-Microwave
-Outside of fridge
-Sinks and faucets
-Trash collect
-Vacuum and mop floors

Living toom/common living areas:
-Dust surfaces and furniture
-Tidy
-Vacuum
-Mop if not carpeted
-Trash Collect

Bathrooms:
-Dust/Tidy
-Vacuum and mop
-Change bedding (only by request)
-Trash Collect

Deep Clean

Deep Clean tasks include all of the tasks performed in a general clean plus these:
-Backsplash
-Baseboards
-Door wipe downs
-Dust ceiling fans and lighting fixtures
-Dusting blinds
-Vacuum couches
-Inside of fridge deep cleaned (extra $50)
-Windowsills
-Outside of cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms
-Inside of oven (extra $50)

Move in/out Clean

Move in and move out cleans include all tasks from a deep clean, including fridge and oven.

Specialized Clean

A specialized clean is for when a client does not necessarily want their entire house done but would rather get just the bathrooms done, just the kitchen, floors, inside of fridge, etc.
These types of cleans are the only cleans that I charge hourly. Any specialized clean will be $50/hr.

What Would You Like to Know?

Do you charge by the hour or flat rates?

We charge flat rates for the majority of services.

How can I get my home ready for a clean?

The only thing that we ask clients to do before we come to their home is to pick things up off of the floor like kids/dog toys, clothes, trash, etc., it makes our job go a lot smoother and faster.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We take venmo, cashapp, paypal, zelle, apple cash, and cash. The only form of payment we do not take is check and we dont have the ability to process physical debit/credit cards.
